Carolyn has been making some form of jewelry for the past 15 years, starting with found objects and pieces of old jewelry. Working her way into finer materials, she has now been focusing on precious and semi-precious designs that are one-of-a-kind pieces with influences from throughout the world. Her creativity is driven by the uniqueness of the materials and visual observation of the world around her.

Artist statement:
I believe jewelry holds a power for people. It speaks to you, reminds you of something or someone special, celebrates an occasion, a change, a state of mind, brings you joy, stability, confidence, strength, celebrates the beautiful person you are. Jewelry has a power to transform. This quote has truly been my belief:
